The Pearls of Paradise show tanks are used for Koi shows and for use as a quarantine tank. They are also popular for moving Koi indoors for the winter in a room or garage.

Available in Blue or Black and an optional side window for viewing. All of the round tanks come with a premium top net for the fishes safety.

The Square transport tanks are sturdy and well built.

Tanks are easy to setup and very portable.

For those that wish to build a wood frame and drop in a custom preformed polyester scrimmed PVC liner. No flaps for fish or crud to hide in and no stretching away from bulkheads makes this a better choice then using EPDM rubber. (Same material as the show tanks) (NO NET INCLUDED) 46 lbs

(Requires a frame 4'W x 8'L x 4'H inside opening) The actual liner will be a little higher then 4 feet tall, permitting some material to lay over the top edge for securing the liner.

Add an optional viewing window - Select With Window to the right to add a window that is Approx. 15.5" W x 19" H to your pre-formed drop in tank for viewing from the side. A seam does go across the middle of the window for re-enforcing needs.

The window area will require reinforcing with plexi-glass or thick glass when framing in the opening.

TIP: The 3 and 6 foot tanks are ideal for quarantine. (QT) The 8 and 10 foot are ideal for keeping fish for longer periods of time or for QT of larger fish.

TIP: Place some ridged insulation foam board on garage floor to insulate your show tank from cold concrete. (From home improvement stores)

TIP: Connect an external pump to the show tanks 1 1/2" bulkhead for pumping to a filter. (Make a PVC intake like screen - Use a 1-2' foot long PVC in the inside that has holes in it to remove crud from the bottom. Install an end cap! Fish can get stuck to the 1 1/2" intake otherwise and die).

TIP: Daily partial water changes to keep ammonia levels acceptable are less stressful then maintaining elevated levels of ammonia. (Keep lower then .5 parts per million)

TIP: ProForm-C is a great treatment when wanting to clean up new or ill fish from the pond.

TIP: CLEAN UP - Easy clean up is done using Simple Green when cleaning up after use and getting ready for storage.

The show tanks are the same popular tanks that are being used for Koi shows all over the world. They make great holding tanks or quarantine tanks. Often, Koi are brought indoors for the winter and kept in the larger 8 foot show tanks along with a biological filter.

We have several filter and pump options available. For large fish loads, some use the Advantage Bead filter.
